VALLEY FITNESS MONTHLY CHALLENGE
Whole Body Muscle Endurance

Objective: To test the muscle endurance of your upper and lower body at the same time

Procedure: Member must hold a static squat against the wall with a weight plate placed on their lap. They are to hold 2 dumbbells out in front of them at the same time. The person who can hold this position for the longest amount of time will win.

Protocols: Static squat position requires the member to have their knees as well as their hips at 90 degrees. Their arms must also be at 90 degrees from their body.

Males: Must have a 20kg plate on their lap and a 2kg dumbbell in each hand

Females: Must have a 10kg plate on their lap and 1 kg dumbbell in each hand
